Which MH Ballast...Blueline or IceCap?

I am going with 2 - 175watt 10k ushios on my 55 gallon tank..I am debating on either the blueline ballast or Ice Cap...any suggestions? I will be running these with 2 - 95watt Ice Cap VHO

Personally I would go with PFO or SunLight supply...I have had bad luck with electronic MH ballasts in the past.
