Which Nano to buy?

Hello,
I have been lurking for a few days and have gathered a lot of great intel. I would like to purchase a tank in the 12 or 14 gallon range and would like some insight to which is the best option. If I am correct, there are 3 to choose from Bio Cube, Nano Cube, and Aqua Cube.

i just bought the biocube 29...was gonna get the 14 but it really holds 10 gal, and i wanted more volume. i have had it running for about 1 hour and i love it...sorry not much help, only an hour
