How much LR do you have?
Is this your final fish?
What are your parameters?
Do you hope to have corals or anything in the future?

Fox face is the most hardy of all of those. One question, are you going to upgrade soon? Having a 10" fish in a 75gal seems really small for a fish like that size.

The foxface is very hardy and parasite resistant but it likes to have a place it can hide in the rocks, a place to feel safe. Not sure it'd be happy with only 15lbs of rock.

It'll be fine in a 75gal. I've had my Foxface for close to 3 years now, great fish!

IMO, without more live rock, a coral beauty is not a good choice.
