which one should i get?

I have a 20g reef tank and was thinking about putting one of these two fish in.
A sixline wrasse or a yellow watchmen. The tank has been up and running for about 6 months now and everything is going well.
What should i go for?

If you go with the watchman then make sure that he can't jump out the the 20, because he can. Have meaty foods available for him.
If you go for the 6 line then yes he will hunt your pods down as well as polycheate worms (bristle worms) and such, but overall they are a very nice fish to have, active swimmer/hunter. They don't like to sit still for pictures either. They also prefer a meaty diet.
