Which is the best stingray to have in an aquarium and which is the smallest?

a blue spot is one of the smaller rays,and they seem to do fine until they stop eating or something else tragic happens to them(wich i just lost my blue spot a couple of weeks ago)and they also need perfect water conditons,sorry to say,but its proabaly a bad idea,just my opinion. A.S.
