which substrate is best

what is the best substrate to use in a fish and reef tank, with live rock? I currently have a 55 gallon tank with c.c. but I want to get a bigger tank and am thinking of changing substrate to aragonite sand instead. whats the best thing to do? :notsure:

Yep, aragonite is my favorite. Looks nice and is easy to keep clean.

For Fish only tank I would use crushed coral because it is easy to syphon and clean it. For a reef I would use about an inch of aragonite sand.
