Which tank should I keep?

I have a 110 High and a 72 Bow and I need to get rid of one of them. The 110 has African cichlids in it and the 72 is a saltwater tank with a Snowflake Eel. I'm going to stay with a saltwater setup and I like the 72 bowfront, but will it be too small to safely add a couple other fish, such as a puffer and lionfish?

Welcome to the boards!!! What are the dimensions of the 110 high? I, personally, LOVE bows. I have a 46 myself. The view is so much better than square tanks. You can most certainly have a lion and a puffer in with the eel. Be sure of what you want before you buy though. What kind of lion and puffer are you looking for?

The Lion and the Puffer would get along with the Eel, but not necessarily with each other. Puffers have been known to nip at a Lions fins and stress them out.

The 110 has the same footprint as a 75 / 90 gallon tank but it's just taller ( 48W x 18D x 30H). As far as fish to go with my Eel, my kids like the Dogface puffers, Angel Fish and Yellow Tang fish. I like the Scorpion fish, Foxfaces and Volitan Lion. I don't want to overcrowd the tank, like I'm used to with the African cichlids, but I would like some more character in there also.

Here is the best of both worlds. Keep the 110 but sell the fish in it convert it to Saltwater and then Sell the 46. That is what I did when moved my tank to a 75 I converted my 55 from Salt to fresh and my 75 fresh to Salt til I got my 150.

A Taller tank is fine for a Lion as they don't swim around much. It could be problematic for roamers like Tangs though. I'm not sure a 110 is big enough for a Dogface Puffer. You'd be better off doing something like a Valentini Puffer or Dwarf Lion, Foxface, and a Flame Angel.

you could also try a few anthias or get a few corals and begin a reef tank cause i think the eel would be fine with them
