Which Wrasse is this one???

On your fish listings, under the Wrasse heading, there is a picture of a beautiful dominately white wrasse with orange and black spots on this. I went all the way through the section and couldn't find one like this one.
I saw one at a LFS the other day but didn't pay attention to the name.

What are the stats on this fish, as far as size at purchase, total growth, reef safe or not, attitude, what does it eat...
also, doe it have a generic name versus the scientific classification.

I'm not speaking for SWF, so I don't know the average purchase size. I used to see them offered here, but don't see anything now.
I do know, however, that the 'clown coris' or 'two spot' wrasses can get 2 feet long, are not really reef safe, and are very aggressive.
