white creatures on my glass

they dont move, are about the size of a pinhead, and has what appears to be maybe 10 legs. can somebody help me out. there a hundreds of them

Copepods most likely. They are good for your tank, providing food for fish, and consuming some detritus and algae also. Some people pay for them. <img src="graemlins//eek.gif" border="0" alt="[eek]" />

i thought maybe they were copepods, but from what i read, those move, and these dont.

they probably move, but really slowly, at night, or just when you are not looking.

I have them in my tank too. I'm glad they're not bad for the tank.

i bought a mandrin fish, just in case they were copepods. should i wipe them off the glass?
