White crusties on my Puffer?!

Overnight, my porcupine puffer developed 2 white crusty spots - one above the right eye and one on the lower half of the left eye. The spots look like dry salt and are raised. They are each about the size of a pencil eraser. The fish is acting fine, eating and swimming normally. None of the other fish seem to be affected. All water vitals are normal. Any ideas/advice out there??? Thanks!

Well, after reading up on it some more, it seems to be lymphoscystis. My LFS confirmed same. Nothing you can do for it, from what I understand, but it's not threatening and fortunately, it's NOT ICK!
