white crystals in tank

Another newbie question-
I did a water change today (10%). I mixed my own (RO with IO salt). I mixed the water yesterday and did the change today. I usally mix the water for two days prior to a water change but only did one this time.
There are white crystals in the water that looks like undisolved salt. I would have thought that it would have all disolved by now. OR are these crystals something else?
I am using a fresh batch of IO salt- just opened the new bucket for this change. Is it salt that will eventually disolve? or is it something that I should be concerned about?

Did you put a powerhead in the mixing container?

no I did not., and I know that this is something that I eventually need to do. This is my stupid way of mixing the water- I mix the water in a 5 gallon water cooler jug and roll it around the floor and shake it several times during tthe day- I know a power head would be much better, and I felt very silly typing out exactly how I mix my water :hilarious
