You may wish to post and READ in the disease forum on this disease. It is important to get to work quickly on treatments.
But it is CRITICAL to cover things like the following, in detail, in any further posts on this:
SPECIFIC water parameters
Tank inhabitants
Tank age
How long you've had these fish
This is a parasite that often strikes at fish when they are STRESSED so identifying the cause of that stress is often critical to treating the disease.
There are only 2, IMO, effective cures for this disease and neither should be done in a main display tank.
One is low or hyposalinity, which is critical to do correctly and for the full amount of time, in a hospital tank.
Another is a copper treatment, which also should be done in a hospital tank.
But I would start reviewing the disease forum (this is a VERY VERY common disease so you can get info ASAP) and also consider posting there.
