White dots on my live rock

Over the last few days I read several posts about a variety of things growing on my fellow hobbiests live rock, and now I have one to add to the list. I just realized tiny white dots starting to cover my live rock. Anyone know what this is? Is it bad or should I not worry? Try and post a picture later.

Eggs? There are thousands of little white dots. What could lay that many eggs? I only have 6 snails, 1 shrimp, 1 emerald crab, 2 clowns, and one cromie. Any other ideas?

Have you changed lights, or lighting schedule? Looks like it is bleaching.
How are your calcium, alk, and mag levels? What about PH?

Well the lfs said the rock might be starting to die off due to lack of light. I only had a 65w light on it. I started adding calcium about a week ago, so that should be steadily increasing. The pH is about 8.1-8.2 everything else is great. I got a new light last night, a 130w orbit, so we will see if that helps. I can see a differance already in my xenia and star polyps. So I am hopeful.
