White film on saddleback clowns.

My clown fish have developed a white film on the bodies and have what seems to be labored breathing. I also have a royal angle fish that is acting weird. I have done a water change and my numbers are good. The clown fishes fins are frayed on the ends.
Please Help.

It sounds like the clown has brooklynella. The treatment is detailed in the link below. Once a fish exhibits the symptoms you describe, they usually do not have much longer before succumbing to the illness. Treatment is needed immediately.
