white flee's

i have a bunch of small white bugs that kinda look like flee's in my 75 gallon. what are they?

They are pods. Just a part of of a reef system. You usually get an explosion of them when your tank is cycling.

are they good or bad and what do i do about them?

They are very good. You don't have anything to worry about.
