white fungus on nipped fins

i have had a small occy clown that is about an inch for about 1.5 weeks when i added another occy that is about 2 inches to try to pair them up the bigger one chased the smaller one around for a while and nipped at one of his pectoral fins and now a couple of days after he now has a little white fungus covering the fin. should i be worried?:( All the water parameters are perfect. I have the 2 clowns, 2 decorater firefish, 16 hermet crabs and a small bta, is there a medicine i can put in the tank? what should i do... :D

He needs to be treated for "gram positive, or true fungus". Isolation and treatment with Nifurpirinol [a.k.a. Furanace] which is combined with Neomycin (a gram negative antibiotic).
