White/Grey Bumps on DF Puffer's Back

Hello,
I noticed my DF Puffer had a couple white bumps on his back that were the size of a small wart. It like the size of this "o". Is this something I should worry about. Some of this were grey also.
Any help would be great!

I'm not very familiar with puffers, but this might be natural to the fish. Check over in the Aggressive Forum with members who have exp with puffers.
