White Hard dots on Glass

I have hard white little circles on the back glass of the tank. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks in advance

They are spinoriod worms (SP) The smallest of all feather duster worms.
Harmless.. They are all over my tank.. I just mag float them off the front glass.
