white lumps on clownfish

My clownfish has white lumps all over his body and fins. They look kind of like zits up under his skin. The bumps seem to be up under the skin. I've thought I've seen Ick before, and thought you could tell Ick because they would look like sand grains stuck to the outer skin, But these bumbs don't look like that, but I'm not an expert, so I don't know if this is Ick or not. I was hopeing a pro could help me out on this.
I did see him about a week ago scratching and rubbing on a shell in the tank, but I haven't seen him do that agian since I've seen the lumps. If it wasn't for the bumps on his side and fins, I'd say that, nothing seems to be wrong with him. He eats normal, swims, and breaths fine.
I have Other fish in the tank, and none of them seem to be showing any signs of Disease. Here is what I have, and water readings.
75Gal reef tank with mushrooms and polyps
2 bar gobies
1 yellow tang
1 coral beauty
1 jawfish
1 clown
Water Q
ph 8.2
nitrites 0
nitrates 30 rppm
ammonia 0
salinity 1.024
Any help out there would be great, any pictures would be helpfull to identify the problem, or web sites to check out.

I'm glad I didn't ask any advice about a heart attack on this web site. Takes forever to get reply from someone.

So I'm getting a 10 gallon hospital tank ready, just incase I need to do Hypo. I was hoping that I could get some replys from some pro's to help identify weather or not its ICK i'm dealing with here.
We could save alot of this time thing, if Saltwaterfish would host a Chat room, instead of using a forum.
