White Slime on Clownfish

Hi everyone,
I have this maroon clownfish that started to have white slimy stuff on the sides of its body. It started showing up after I threw in a long tentacle plate coral in the tank and the clown started to host it. It kept rubbing the side of its body on the plate corals skeleton. Then I got a small clown as well and after it started to host the plate coral, it also started to develop this white slime around its body.
Now both of them spend all day in front of my powerheads, just swimming in plate.
What could this be? It doesn't look like ich for sure. It's kinda white slimy stuff, and on some parts of the body it's kinda trailing off the skin of the clowns.
:help:

Might have been secreted by the plate. Mine does that. Also my clowns almost killed my plate trying to host it.

Is that some defense mechanism by the plate? my clown is a fatso, and I hate how it just rubs its fat body on the plate coral
