White soft things!

I have white soft things growing in my sump. I cleaned them out and they just grow back. Anyone know what these might be?

Probably Q-tip sponges. If they are, they are a harmless little filter feeder.

I believe there is no need to get rid of them. they are harmless filter feeders.
