white spot on eye on angel

I just picked up a Rusty Angel and after i got home and acclimated it thouroughly and it was in the water, I noticed a white spot on the center of its right eye. The fish itself seems very happy and I observed it in the store for several weeks now. I have had bad luck lately with new fish and this one seems very healthy. Its the first fish I have had besides my clown and 6line(both going on two years) who came out in the open immediatly. What can I do for this little guy? I thought about Vitamin C, is this a good idea?

Harlequin, please consider quarantining all new fish BEFORE they ever go into your tank. No matter how wonderful the fish store is, they get a lot of livestock coming and going every week. Ich and other diseases do happen, and will likely happen to your fish. Take a look at the FAQ Thread at the top of this forum.
At this point, I would keep a close eye out to see if anything develops. You may need to treat for parasites, or some other disease depending on if this develops into something.
Try soaking your fish food in garlic for 1 hr in the fridge before offering to the fish.

I dont have the means to quarentine fish right now, one reason I switched one of my tanks to freshwater, time and money, plus no place to put a QT anyway(apt).
OK question about the garlic. The only garlic sauce I was able to find is pure garlic mixed with vinegar. Will this work or is vinegar bad for fish?

I wouldn't use that. The vinegar will often cause your pH to drop as this is quite acidic.
You can squeeze fresh garlic or use a commercial product such as garlic extreme which you should be able to find at your LFS or online.
