My coral beauty has a white spot on it's mouth. That's only symptom, eating well, What could this be?

Is the spot a parasite attached to the fish, or is the spot a growth? Is it a sore or a wasted area on the body surface?
Are there any other fish in the tank being aggressive with this fish?
More details needed. Is this a new fish? Added any new fish to the tank lately?

It's on the the right corner of the mouth and looks like a grain of sand stuck on there (but it's not) so don't know if parasite or what.
Yes my yellow tang was being agressive, nipped a bite out of the angels tail, so I took the tang out and put it in the 20 gal for a while.
Other than the 1 white spot on mouth the angel has no other symptoms, is grazing on rock, eating frozen brine and coming out of it's area to swim around the tank.
Yes new fish just came out of 2 week quarantine 3 days ago

Thanks Anthem and Terry B, spot has disappeared and I just took the wait approach. I will now watch to make sure that no more spots appear anywhere else and I will keep the tang in the other tank for several more days, move rock etc. and then reintroduce it. Hopefully, that will take care of the aggression to the angel.
