White spots and White worm looking things.

Well this is my second time looking for help in a week. Can you tell im new
I have white spots growing on my live rock. They came up over night. I also have two white worm looking things
they are outlined in red in the picture. Any idea what im dealing with. Or am I freaking out over nothing like last time LOL

Looks like you're worrying over nothing...from what I can see, they look like small Vermetid gastropods.
