white spots on clown??

i just got a false perc last night and i got a bubble tip anemone today, and then tonight i notice that the clown has white spots all over him... is this ich?? if not, what is this, should i be worried? could it be stress related, from being brought home from the lfs yesterday??

i'm really new to this and all i have is my 10 gal nano, so, no, i didn't q him... i also have a bicolor psuedochromis, and some inverts in there... i don't have any other tanks to treat him in, what should i do??
edit: yes they do resemble small salt sprinkles, i was actually going to use that description in my original post when trying to describe it.
