white spots on gbta

i just got some "free" gbta's from my friends dad(two of em) because his keep splitting like crazy. On their tips ive notcied white spots...does anyone know what that is? or is it common for this to happen? any insight would help thanks...oh yeah the aneomnes look healthy as a horse...they eat like crazy and now that i put my new vho set up on they are reaching for the sky hehe..

take a look at my gbta in the "big bta" post. it has white specks in its tentacles, but if your gbta is from a bta that keeps splitting, that means it was stressed and/or undernourished, and you're starting an uphill battle.

oh they look a lot better....his tank crashed a few months back and i think thats why they split. but they are getting a lot bigger than when i first received them. Im feeding them brine and they have vho's now instead of pc on their old home....so hopefully they will thrive

unless you are breeding the brine yourself, you truly are feeding food that has the nutritional value of cotton candy to humans

feed mini mysis or mysis shrimp, they eat those like crazy.
