white spots on glass and filter?

i have a 60 gal reef and im wondering what these white spots on filter nozzles and glass are??? look like spots

Are they pinhead size or bigger? When you rub your finger on them does it come off or feel hard?

Could be flatworms.
If it doesnt rub off then its probably coraline starting to grow. Its often white or clear in color when it starts growing.. later taking on a pinkish color.
