White spots on glass(Help Cranberry)LOL

Ok Cranberry sorry I hijacked wasn't my intention.
White spots the size of a ball point pen tip or smaller shaped like little c"s and very hard.

They are spirorbis. Interesting harmless feather duster worm.

They look like little c not complete spiral but I think they are the same thing in early stage? Even put my glasses on to double check.
