White spots on new fish

Hello,
I bought a clownfish 4 days ago. He did not have spots at the store. Now he has 3 white spots on him below his first top fin. I dont know what it is from or if it is Ich or not. My Chems are great.
Ph = 8.2
NO3 = 0
NO2 = 0
NH4 = 0
Temp = 80
Salinity = 1.023

I would appreciate any thoughts.

Cute Clownfish! I am not sure... usually ick seems to spread all around the fish, randomly, near the fins. I could not see any spots in your picture. If the spots go away and come back later, it may be ick. Fish can have no ick at the store but show it when they come to your tank. I am no expert, so please get someone else's opinion before doing anything.

could not see the spots but sounds like ick to me do a search on this site in the disease and treatment for white spots or ick that is probably the best i can do
