:notsure: Well my powder blue has developed white spots,aka-ICH.
I have a medication by MARDEL which is coppersafe. Not copperfree!
Would this harm my live rock??

Yes, it will kill your LR. And, unfortunately, all the fish in that tank have been exposed and will likely also get ich.
