ive got these mysterious white spots on inside tank on the glass.when i did my last water change about a week ago i noticed 1 spot about the size of sand grain.now a week later after loosing a yellow tang there are about 20 all around the tank.also my nitrates are at 40ppm.any cure for this?thanks
