Whitetailed Trigger ?

i have a whitetailed trigger and my ? is how big do they get, how fast ( i herd they grow slow for a trigger) and why the hell is he picking on my dogface puffer the trigger is only a half a inch bigger?

i am pretty sure that they get about 14 inches in the wild but about 10 in the aquarium. they need about a 75 gallon aqaurium. they are very docile triggers too and i am sure they grow pretty quick because all triggers do
