Someone is eating my pulsing xenia... I noticed this happening when I placed the frags against the back wall.
do you think it was the Coral Beauty, Flame Angel, or peppermint Shrimp?
I'm leaning towards the peps, since this also corresponds with them being introduced into the tank...

I don't know about the first two, but I have 2 pep's in my tank and I have never seen them near my xenia.

To your question, It very well might be the Flame angle fish. they are 50-50 in reef tanks. Your shrimp are you sure its a peppermint and not a coral banded.....does the shrimp have a red body with white lines or white body with red bands. Let me no.

Definitely peps, caught them, I had a CBS before, so I know the difference.
A lot of the local reefers have these locally caught peps in their tanks, however, I'm a little more suspicious b/c they eat aspatia and xenia is similar.

Then I would have to say the Flame angle is the 1. Theres a 50/50 chance when putting any angle in a reef tank that they might attack the corals.
