To be fair, those pics were 8 years apart...8 of some of the best "wrinkle producing" years ...and In the first (2000) pic he was probably fabulously happy to be the new president and in the latest one it was probably a pretty sad day for him.
not that I'm defending Bush, I wouldn't do that!

edit...ok....so I looked again, yeah...I guess he does look pretty old!
