It is a tossup between melted icecream and jalapeno brownies. I laugh when my mom says that we have to go straight home or the icecream will melt. I just say, "What do you think I am going to do with it once we get home anyway?" As for jalapeno brownies, they sound nasty only to those who have never tried them. The spicyness really compliments the chocolately goodness. They are quite delicious. There are a lot more things in this world that taste good with chocolate than most people think.

Chocolate covered pork fat is a popular candy in I think maybe England or something? So chocolate covered bacon is probably good. Ever had bacon icecream?

as sous chef for 12 years i had a firm belief there was 2 ways to make anything taste better: cheese and/or BACON
