Who's been eating my crabs?

Every 3 or 4 days I see a set of scarlet hermit crab legs in a pile on the sand. I suspect my
yellow wrasse.
current suspects in 1 150 fowlr
1 yellow tail blue damsel
1 yellow wrasse
1 catalina goby
1 gold maroon clown
1 long tenalcled anemone
1 brown knobby cucumber
1 pink/green cucumber
blue legged hermits(minute)
turbos

do you think the crab might be molting?

It looks like intact legs which the fish could not or would not be able to bite or swallow as
I would assume the legs are hard shelled.
