Why are Annularius Rare now??

For some reason I am having a tough time finding a decent Annularius Angel. They used to be reasonably common until about 2 years ago here in Dayton. Are they experiencing problems in the wild? Perhaps political instability in the areas where they can be collected? Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. A bit pricy at $225 so I will have to pass. Looks to be a nice specimen, but can't justify spending over $200 in fish and shipping at the moment.
