why arent my clowns breeding

i got a pair about 4-5mths now they cleaned the empty clam shell about2wks ago but still no eggs the female is about 1 1/2 - 2in the male is about a inch are they too small. :help: :help: :help:

Way too small, they probably need to grow for at least another year before they will breed.

clowns somtimes will make a nesting spot up to a year before doing anything with it. the size is not really a good indicator however they do sound a bit yound. in most cases iut is atleast after 1 year or more old. my breeding pairs are 2 years old and 3 years old

they are also a wild caught pair.
