Why do my fish keep dying?

This morning I lost my fire angle. Over the weekend I lost my royal gramma and my pearly jawfish. All I have left is my true percula and right now he seems happy. Nitrite are <.3 and nitrates are 0. Any ideas as to what is going on here. All my inverts are fine.

The tank has been set up since September. My test kit says the nitrites should be a <0.3 which it is. This is the 2nd time I lost a set of fish. The first time was about 2 months ago and they all 3 died with in 2 days of each other.

Do you know what killed your fish last time--like high ammonia perhaps?? What did you do with your tank after the first complete loss?? Test kits sometimes give readings as SAFE DANGER and IDEAL --always go by ideal--anthem is right nitrites have no buisness being in an established tank at all-0.0 The .3 nitrites may or may not have killed the fish but it is a good indicator that something else is wrong.
Like anthem said--give us some more readings / info to work with.
