Why does she do this?

I recently got an 18" bamboo from a guy on this site, great Shark anyhow I have a 300 gallon tank and the entire tank is with out live rock except for this one little corner I have about 50lbs of live rock or so for the tang any how that is her favorite place to hang out... Bubbles (husband named her) is eating REALLY well but I dont want her to get injured. Anything I should do?

Sounds perfectly normal for a bamboo. They will typically spend most of the day hiding under rock and then will come out at night and knock the rock over as well as digging through the sand hunting for food.

Okay then I wont worry.. I got my sharks and rays book in today so I guess I coule of read that..
