I have had a 60 gallon tank that has been setup 5-6 months ago. The cycle was done 5 months ago and I have not seen a algea bloom yet. I have notice algea on the tannk walls but not as much to be considered as an alge bloom.
In my old 30 gallon tank. It had an algea bloom a month after cycle. The algea went CRAZY!
Well. Why isn't my 60 gallon tank going under an algea bloom?

Well I would say not having an algae bloom would be a good thing?
Your perimeters are all good, except nitrates are a tad high, but nothing toxic or anything. What is your water change schedule?
I didn't really have a algae bloom until 8 months after my tank was setup.

You possibly have better water flow in your new tank... don't over feed, better lighting, use RO/DI water?

I do a water change about once or twice a month.
