Why is my yellow coris wrasse so fat?

We have noticed our yellow coris this big for a few weeks his scales are popping out. We're not sure whats going on. Has anybody had this happen or know what's going on. Thanks

What are you feeding him? Is he acting normal aside from this? Have you noticed him defecating?

He eats flake food and acts normal. We have noticed him defecating here and there but we're at work most of the time we have an automatic feeder. All the other fish look normal its just him. We did have a nudibranch outbreak that's when we got him to help take care of the problem.

Change the food to high quality frozen foods made for SW fish. See how he does on that for a week or two.
