why won't it work

how can i post pics i shrunk it to the size that is asked and i got my pics up when i double click the pic it doesnt do anything please help it is a very important tool on the board thanks

Are you using the attach file section with the "browse" button below where you actually type? For ever I was trying to use the "img" button above and it never worked. Use the browse button below this section.
