why wont they open?

anybody ever have a problem with thier zoos opening? got mine one week ago today and they are still not open. i tried a few different locations and still wont open. im wondering if my bl hermits or cb shrimp may be the cause. my cb seems to be on it alot at night and the hermints are on everything all the time. could they be causing the zoos to not open? my parameters are all good and everything else it the tank is happy.

Well any zoo's I do get die so I wouldn't know what they would be like without being closed.

I think the crabs could be a cause to the problem but if they aren't on there 24/7 then the zoo's would open up, even for just a little bite. Do you have any bottom dwelling fish, or something that might stir up the sand by them?
