wierd anemone

is it normal for a anemone to shrink about once every 2 days? he wasnt in the very best of lighting but is still living great. it started out with 3 15 watt flourcent lights in a 20 gallon and now it a 24 gallon with 2 65 watt pcs. and is doing absolutly great. btw its a florida condi.

I think if you feed them regularly, especially - yes, they will shrink down to cleanse themselves on the inside, eliminate and then they reinflate with water.
How long does your anemone remain shrunken down?
