Wierd Sack on my LR

Small clear/tan sack that feels like skin of some sort. Has a thick what looks to be sand trail coming towards it but isnt attached to it. Trail only appread today. Have no clue what it is.
Any ideas?

The 'sack' appears to be a sponge. I'm not sure what the trail of sand is. It could be from a worm.

What type of sponge could it be if you had to say?

I have no idea, there are tons of different kinds of sponges. They are filter feeders, so it's nothing to really worry about.
