Well, I upgraded my lighting to 200 watts of NO 6500k flourescent. Of course, as I expected, the algae has started to take off. This is only after 1 day of the new lights. Its mostly Diatoms I'm guessing. (brown) Anyways, I've noticed a whole bunch of little bubbles forming on all of my rock (live and not-so-live). What would this be caused by? Also, by scraping this algae off the sides and front of the tank, am I helping to spread these evil, evil little things?

keep an eye on the bubbles.... see if they start turning green if so it is bubble algea.... get a emerald crab for this and why scrap the sides of the tank????? let it grow and get a clean up crew to do the job.... I have not found a site cheaper on the clan up crew anyplace else on the WWW...
