will a clown host a softie or hammer coral?

lol just wondering, i know clowns will host some very weird things, but will they host any soft or hard corals? and if there tank raised will they even know what to do?

ok, well thats good to know, maybe at some point ill get a leather and hope that keeps them out of the other ones.

sure, ill take a look at it. about clowns being tank raised, will they still know what to do? ive read someone say on here once that they had a tank raised clown and it got eaten because it didnt know what to do or something.

It is my understanding that your luck with a tank-raised clown hosting is as good as a wild caught clown.

When I kept LPS my pair of clowns wouldn't use my Hammer, they used just about everything but the hammer. When I started my SPS tank the hammer was the only lps I put in the tank. They used it then.

A friend of mine had a clown host in a hammer! My clown has chosen a colt to bed in!! they will go in a bout anything that is there!

Tomato clown and his Xenia... I also have a False Percula hosting a frogspawn. So far the frogspawn doesn't seem to mind at all.

Clowns DO host hammers. My new true perc molests my hammer all day and all night. Sometimes, you cannot even find him in it.

I can't get my nitwits to host in ANYTHING.Frogspawn,leathers,xenia,and even the new bubbletip.The blennies and gobies spend time in all the corals,but not my clowns.
