will a tomatoe host after a cuple months?

I have a 30 gallon tank, and in about 2-3 months i plan on having a tomatoe clown, but i wont have nice enuff lighting for an anemone. if i have the tomatoe for like...6 months or so then put in the anemone will the tomatoe host after being in the tank 6 months without it? :notsure:

Tomato's will host anthing at any time.. They are mean though I had one that was 2.5" and I would beat up my 5" maroon clown if she looked her way in the aquarium.

by anychance you think a tomatoe wood be fine with a coral beauty, royal gramma, blue damsel, a cleaner shrimp, and a finger dragonet in a 30 extra high???

damsel would probably need to be bigger at first. put the 2 in at the same time or when the clown dosen't have an anemone. mine wouldn't harass anything but other clowns and damsels (they are of the same family)

My tomatoe is hosted by a bta, and gets along with my osc clown, coral beauty, butterfly angel, pec clown, cleaner shirmp, watchman gobie, and different star's and crabs. But I do have other anenomes in my tank so everybody has their own.

what size tank??, and the clowns don't fight :notsure: interesting
