will clowns?

i wanna know will clowns host LR.my clowns are swimming into it and stay near it like its an anemone.

Yes, that is a problem. Anemones are photosynthetic animals and nee a lot of lighting, which he doens't have and doesn't want to spend money on.

Oh yes, the question. I don't really know if they are hosting it or not, or if clowns do indead host LR. It really depends on the clown and how desperate for a host that would make them host other things than anemones. They dont even need to host something to survive, or to even breed.

Rocks are simply tables and chairs for the fish to live in, not hosting, no symbiotic relationship there.

But clowns are known to host powerheads, return pipes, and almost anything else you could have in the tank. My male ocellaris spends almost all his time in caves in the LR, although I don't know if you could call it hosting. I think mostly he's hiding from his mate
